We are sorry to hear about that. May we know if this item is JP603? If so, it is 3R's product. This is DID. We are the sole distributor of 3R.

This issue is probably due to oxidation over time since JP603 has been released over 15 years and it is not made of genuine leather at that time.

And we are sorry that the manufacturer disposed of all accessories already many years ago. So there is no replacement for this item. Sorry for any inconvenience.

As we know, now 3R has updated most of their items material to genuine leather since 2020. This type of issue has been well improved. It would be much appreciated if you could understand.
