Overseas Customers are self-responsibility for all customs and VAT affairs which they have to respect.

ALL Boxes will be sealed with white and Black imprint PROJECT BAR tape!!
If the Tape or the Box is not in perfekt condition and shows damages or are too light in terms of Products inside, DO NOT sign for receipment!!
We ll not eccept any claims after that!!

Germany Dpd Parcel:
This methode is shipped by DHL or Hermes Transit times are anywhere from 1 - 3 days. These packages are insured for the full value of the order and have a tracking number. If a package is lost or damaged, dragon-models.de will file claim.

Nederland dpd Parcel:
This method is shipped by dpd or DHL. Transit times are anywhere from 3 - 7 days. These packages are insured for the full value of the order and have a tracking number. If a package is lost or damaged, dragon-models.de will file claim.

Europe UPS / DHL Parcel:
This method is shipped by UPS / DHL. Transit times are anywhere from 3 - 14 days with most countries taking about 5-10 days. These packages are insured for the full value of the order and have a tracking number. If a package is lost or damaged, dragon-models.de will file claim.

World/Overseas &  Non EU Countries in Europe:
DHL-World Airmail Parcel
This method is shipped by DHL or Hermes . Transit times are anywhere from 10 - 30 days with most countries taking about 10-14 days, but can take longer due to customs delays. These packages are not insured for the full value of the order but have a tracking number. If a package is lost or damaged, Dragon-Models  will file claim. Experience tells us that most delays are caused by the home destination postal system. Please check with your local postal office for packages if your package has not arrive within 3-4 week.
